Markus Perilla Sales and Asset Management Specialist

Helping property investors maximise rental performance, protect asset value and make better long-term property decisions.

Markus Perilla is a licensed real estate professional with Local Property Team, specialising in investment property and asset management across the Gold Coast and South East Queensland.

Working closely with property owners and investors, Markus provides practical advice across leasing, tenant placement, rental performance and ongoing property management. His focus extends beyond simply managing a tenancy—he considers how each property can be positioned, operated and maintained to support stronger cash flow and protect its long-term value.

Markus works with a broad range of investment properties, including standard residential homes, dual-key properties and accommodation suitable for NDIS and Supported Independent Living providers. He understands that every property and investor has different objectives, and he tailors his management approach accordingly.

Before entering real estate, Markus competed at a high level in springboard and platform diving and later worked as a diving coach. This high-performance background developed the discipline, preparation, resilience and attention to detail that he now applies to managing valuable property assets.

Approachable, reliable and commercially minded, Markus believes successful property management depends on clear communication, proactive problem-solving and treating every investment as though it were his own.

Whether you are leasing a new investment, reviewing the performance of an existing property or looking for more strategic property management support, Markus can help you improve the way your asset is managed.
