KARREN PERILLA Operations Administrator

Karren Perilla brings extensive experience in business operations, administration and property management support to No Limits Local Property Team.

Before entering the property industry, Karren spent approximately 15 years at Griffith University. She worked as a laboratory technician before progressing to the role of Personal Assistant to the Dean, developing the attention to detail, organisation and professional communication skills that continue to shape her work today.

In 2002, Karren founded Quantum Property Services, gaining valuable experience in the systems, administration and operational coordination required to support a property services business.

Today, Karren works behind the scenes as Operations Administrator for No Limits Local Property Team. She helps coordinate internal processes, documentation, communication and day-to-day administrative requirements so the team can deliver an organised and responsive service.

Karren is also the founder of No Limits Active Lifestyle, an initiative created to support home-educating families through practical resources, social programs and community connection. This experience has strengthened her calm, empathetic and solutions-focused approach.

Currently completing a Bachelor of Counselling and trained as a Mental Health First Aider, Karren understands the importance of listening, clear communication and treating people’s individual circumstances with care and respect.

By combining strong systems with genuine care, Karren provides dependable operational support to the property management team and helps keep the business running smoothly.
