Detail-oriented and systems-driven, Karren thrives in the structured environment that great property management demands. From coordinating the team and managing documentation to keeping communication flowing between owners and tenants, she makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Currently completing a Bachelor of Counselling and trained as a Mental First Aider, Karren brings more than admin skills to the role — she brings genuine empathy and people awareness. When issues arise, they are handled promptly and professionally, with the right balance of process and people.

With a background that includes founding her own real estate agency in 2002, Karren understands the full picture of property management — and she uses that experience every day to support clients and the team around her.
